On a long summer day this June teams of runners and cyclists will line up on the East Coast at sunrise to raise funds for Restore. Their mission is to reach the west coast before sunset. It’s time to Chase the Sun across 200km of Yorkshire and Lancashire from Bridlington to Morecambe before sunset.
Each competitor aims to raise at least £500 for Restore by attracting sponsors for their marathon effort.
Restore has to raise £8 for each night someone stays in one of our rooms. So for every thousand pounds raised, 125 nights of shelter and support are funded. How many rooms could you donate by supporting one of our runners or cyclists?
