About: I’m Lydia and I’m the Fundraising Officer for Restore. I moved to York in 2017 to do a Literature degree and fell in love with this beautiful city. Unfortunately, I’ve also seen the poverty that affects so many people living in York. God has given me a real heart to want to see change in this area, and to raise funds to ensure our residents are able to receive the support they need.
The favourite part of my work: Working in such an amazing, supportive, and friendly team, and having the privilege of being a part of the work this wonderful charity does.
