Housing Support Worker – Full Time
35 hours per week | York | £26,000–£30,000
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Housing Support Worker to join our growing team at Restore.
You’ll support people who have experienced homelessness, helping them build stability, develop skills and confidence, and work towards a positive future.
We’re looking for someone who is great with people, organised, resilient and able to respond well when things don’t always go to plan.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
Restore has a Christian ethos, and due to the nature and context of this role, there is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practising Christian, in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

Trustee
Restore is a Christian charity seeking committed people to join our Board of Trustees and help guide the future of our work.
Trustees contribute to our strategy and governance, support the leadership team, and ensure that Restore remains effective, sustainable and faithful to its mission.
Because trustees share responsibility for protecting and advancing our Christian ethos, being a practising Christian who supports Restore’s Christian values is a genuine requirement of the role.
Time commitment: As a trustee, you will be a member of the Board and a director of the charitable company. Trustees attend a two-hour Board meeting every two months, with occasional additional video calls between meetings. Previous trustee experience is not essential. This is a voluntary role, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
